Star Wars PPO on Friday 22nd Feb

I wouldn't mind seeing a STAR WARS EU character. I know that won't happen though. I hope it's a SSC PPO not another company that SSC is deals with.
A Tusken Raider wouldn't be bad but an armored figure would rule!
Oh yeah what's the STAR WARS pre-order on Monday?
What time will they announce the pre-orders on each day or do we have to keep an eye on the site?

Usually from my experience with SDCC preorders they usually have them up around 8:30 to 10 AM Pacific Time. Usually last year it was right at 9AM.

A PT figure would be nice. Big OT fan but i feel like there been a lack of PT lately.

A Rancor would do it but I can think of some other figures that would as well Vader, Clones, Clone Commanders, etc.

Not to take an unceremonial dump in your morning cornflakes but a 1/6 Rancor will never happen in the same way that a PF of Jabba will never happen (sad I know). How big would a 1/6 Rancor be anyway?

For the UK PPO's have historically gone up on a Friday at around 5 - 6 PM

Medicom has done a nice job.

I really think SDCC is gonna be the time for Armored figures as that would make a HUGE splash ala Jabba.

i agree here josh. sdcc may be the time for an armored figure announcement. as for monday, i think it will be a medi and friday, i think the ppo will be.....

I agree that it won't happen on SSC and Medicom's watch but if the license ever changes and Hot Toys get their deserved chance I'd not be suprised to see them try it,especially if they manage to make the Alien Queen without any problems.

The databank lists them as 5-10 meters tall, so 1/6 would be 5' for a large one.

I think we would be LUCKY to see Vader at $150. With plain Gandalf at $90 Vader will be $200.

I hope not YET. I have a feeling an Ep1 Kenobi right now COULD be with full neck sculpt. Given that there is a new body, I want him on the new body with a 2 jointed neck to get the most dynamic head poses out of him with Maul.

I dont think SS has had a PPO for a SW 1:1 bust yet so that might be a stretch and the PF has already been announced as a military line PF.
