I know George said he doesn't care anymore but it must burn him to know that other people did something amazing with his creation

Something he had nothing, absolutely nothing to do

Woo I can openly talk about this film now...

I loved it. I was suprised by how great Daisy was, driver was good, boyega did okay . The real star of the movie to me was Oscar. Simply my favorite character .

Adam Driver was pretty amazing, he made Kylo a classic Star Wars baddie, he was actually as interesting and impressive as Vader was.

The final battle was epic ! They really gave him a strong backstory . I just wish I saw more Knights of Ren .

I like the prequels, and I could easily fault this in places. Many places. But this is new Star Wars, it feels like the beginning of a new SW era, even though it's almost a remake. And its strengths far outweigh its weaknesses. It's tremendous mostly. And it doesn't **** on the prequels rather they seem like they were cartoon-like background history for this. I certainly haven't enjoyed a movie as much as this since Empire.

Kylo Ren is great and Finn is really interesting, loved them.
Both actors did very well with what they were given.

I want HT Ren figure, but will wait for the one with Driver's head sculpt. :D

I see them going in a different direction with the character

He'll become a good guy...or at the very least an antihero...basically, Vader in ROTJ if he didn't die.

They could easily go either way. Sure he did koll Han and will probably be more dark in VIII. But the seeds of his redemption have also been planted.

Oh, he'll still be a villain in the next one...but we might see the start of him becoming "good" by the end. I can just picture him and the girl heroes in the long run...not sure about Finn.
I just can't see any good in him now. After doing what he did is there any way back? Surely not?...

It appeared that he was in full control of killing Han. I felt like he knew what route he wanted to take.

IMO anyway. :)

Yeah, I agree it was cold and calculated. He wanted to do it to solidify his beliefs.
Hard to come back from that.
