I only decided I was too old to ''play'' with toys anymore - around 13 or 14. At no point did I ever stop buying them though. I pushed through the embarrassment of carrying my toys up to the cash register.
Nah you probably did it better. I actually don't think my case is something to be proud of.
Also if my sister knew I put that picture of her on the internet she would destroy me....

That shirt with the X-wing fighters flying out of Vader's helmet is awesome. Somehow a kids' shirt is way cooler than the Force Awakens poster.
Khev will look at those photos and chuckle at the quaint old Hot Toys figures and say ''I must take those out of the attic for a trip down memory lane.....actually, son, can you do it for me, I can't manage that ladder anymore''
I extensively document my kids' Christmases with the digital camera, even at the expense of enjoying the moment myself, just so they can look back fondly on them one day, thinking about how quaint it is to have non-holographic, 4-D videos to watch.I made sure to capture these moments for my own son should he ever look back on these the way we do now:

I harassed my dad until he finally tracked down the old Video8 videos of us at Christmas, and transferred them to DVD. I got a crapload of childhood DVDs for Christmas, from vacations, to videos around the house, to school performances, to productions he made for TV that I was in. Even some embarrassing high school dances and wrestling matches. Best Christmas present in memory. I realize I'm really lucky to have them, but my parents both worked in TV production. I'm just keeping the tradition going.
Khev will appreciate these:
