Well, probably but not necessarily. Anyone can pick up and ignite a lightsaber, it's not like Judge Dredd's gun. But yeah, she probably is a jedi.

I am pretty confident Kira Rey and Kylo Ren are the Solo twins/siblings.

I believe the long summary someone leaked online is legit.

In the leaked summary, Finn is only holding the saber until he can get it to Kira Rey. (after she runs off after learning about her parents)

Considering JJ's comments included Finn, is it possible he's Rey's half-brother? Could that be why they introduced a dark-skinned former wife of Han in the comics?
