I liked everything new I saw.

I thought the XWing move was visually cool....

She's Snoke's wife from across ocean's of time, she can do anything.

And as Snoke's other half, I expect a full 'Wonder Twin powers unite' moment.

I submit that as soon as Snoke meets Rey, his original "villain plan" will completely go to ****.

I think the trailer is filled with misdirection. We're meant to think Snoke is torturing Rey but in reality he's trying to save her from the person [out of frame] who is really trying to hurt her:
Luke Skywalker
.

Yes. If your lunatic ideas about this being a remake of Coppola's Dracula pan out, I will be very impressed by how ballsy it is. I'll buy you a beer even.

But if it turns out to be the same old crappy corporate color by number schlock as every other Disney product, I will laugh at you mercilessly.

I hope you're right though. But I doubt it.

The Dracula/Snoke thing isn't so far fetched. JJ made similar when he was creating TFA.
He mentioned old Hammer Horror Movie references a few times and even named our favourite silver Captain after Phantasm, one of his fav horror movies.
Even in the TFA novel there are descriptions of Snoke as an ancient being that is repairing itself.

There have been a tonne of 'force vampire' theories and even some suggestion about his tomb which is hidden underground.

Color by numbers? Rouge one?

Yes, "Rouge" One was also color by number schlock, at least in my opinion. I fell asleep more than once at the theater watching it and didn't miss anything. I know a lot of people have a boner for it cause "everyone dies!" but since all the characters were paper thin one dimensional caricatures....who cares?

I have no doubt there will be hints of "Dracula" (or Vlad) in Snoke's background. Seems like a perfect "villain" to pull from. In fact, Vader has some "Drac" in his amalgamation too -- the black-clad sorcerer. The thing I'm dubious of is the whole Rey-Snoke love story taken straight from Coppola's version. I don't see a Snoke-Rey love story by any stretch.

I put money on a sarcophagus being inside said tomb. The same sarcophagus where Palpatine "killed him" while he slept.

Yeah, can't see a gothic romance happening with a shrivelled old man. Not in Disney SW.

I don’t like what they did with Battlefront 2 tying into this film before the release :slap
