You don't want an exclusive announcement (from which retailers will not benefit) to overshadow the new merchandise being solicited at Toy Fair. So it makes sense they they would stick it on at the very end.
Correct Tom. Use the start of the show to get your business plans in order with the business world. Then use the end of the show to get the fans ready for the summer conventions.
