I don't think that is the main urban head, looks comic influenced and a bit rough around the edges actually. It may be a smaller piece, or an swap out piece.

I'd much prefer a 1/6 line based on the comics. Plus Art Figures already did a bang-up job with more realistic paint apps than the head in that image.

it's a comic dredd I believe, on their instagram there are two heads.
