It's when you jump over the opponent and hit them with a certain attack that gets you onto the opposite side, and can lead into a combo.

For example, for Ryu and Ken, if you jump from the left, just barely make it over the opponent and hit middle kick, you'll hit the character and land on the right side.

Not sure if I explained that properly...

I was playing a ranked match against a Ken player (I was cammy). I whooped his ass in the first round then before the 2nd round could start i get a "connection to player has been lost".

Do I get the BP or does this match even go on my scorecard as a win? or is this an easy cop out? How do you quit in the middle of a match?

i get that alot while playing and so far ive seen that it hasnt gone against me as a loss or a win. and bp stays the same. think things only count if a matched is actually finished.

showed 2 bars on my end as well, so i thought it would be smoother than it was. i guess being on two opposite ends of the country takes its toll.

no worries about only picking ryu, doesnt bother me any. I need to practice against shooters anyway since most people are.

Nope...its been become a common problem. I think its the dashboard escape on the 360 not sure what PSN is.

If you want an intense game with a steep learning curve then I'd say buy. If you have any doubts then I'd say rent it first. PS3 and 360 makes no difference other than who you want to play against on the board.

This is a must buy man. Especially if you are used to or even played the old school ones.
