I have a sister-in-law that takes a shower everyday, then if she has to leave the house, doesn't matter for what, she takes another one. My brother says every once in a while she'll take 3 a day.

I'd be a dried out prune if I did that. Once a day is plenty depending on what you're doing. I don't wash my hair everyday though.

I love my massage shower head.

That's what I have, a massage shower head with a hose attached, for those hard to reach places, LOL. I shampoo my hair everyday with head and shoulders. I don't really have flakes but I read dandruff shampoo was good at preventing baldness. Unclogs the pores. Don't know how true it is, but I have a full head of hair and it jet black.

They're still talking about this on the Radio today. Heard it yesterday. Funny thing is it was only two dermatologist who said we didn't need to shower everyday. And that just taking a wash cloth (whores bath) to the smelly parts was enough. Why would I want to stand in front of the sink and wipe myself only in certain places. Much quicker to just stand in the shower.

once every other day...yea Mr. Green is a dirty man! hehehee. he do wash his face just about every morning. his eyes burn and dry by morning, probably from the deep sleep/dream, so he have to wash/flush his eye to cool and moisturize it. sometimes he have to wash/flush his eye twice each morning. once, an old indian guy, a lead or senior quality control, ask why Mr. Green's eye is red? like does Mr. Green use drugs? noe of course.
