Currently still Window 8 but he was listening to YouTube before so the sound was medium than normal(low). Could've been some stupid ad video. Or could've been Window 8 getting some Window 10 codes; like the Window 10 popup.

Here's something I've been wondering about: Why can't dudes now days stand on their feet and fight? Most fight vids I've seen on YouTube, has dudes falling to the ground, rolling around and hugging like they're having awkward and painful ***. It's annoying.

I remember back when I was in school, guys would punch it out in the playground until one of them hit the ground.
