for what it's worth, we have heard it straight from the horse's mouth before, with excuses after excuses when the dates came and went. anyone who collects star wars knows what I am talking about.
I have little faith in anything GG tells me. I will be shocked if we actually see the statue in May, but would love to be wrong.

I have Baby Doll and Amber POd. Although my full-size statue collection ranges at over a hundred pieces, these will be the first Gentle Giant statues I will own. I hope some of the rumors regarding the company are over-exaggerated.

Now it's just the waiting game and see if they follow through with their distribution time frame.
I just hope all the naysayers are proven wrong and eat crow.

I really hope they don't rush to get the deadline and f|_|ck up the paint apps...
That would really suck if the paint apps were all ____ed up!
I think this time the quality will be good for Babydoll. It's in their best interest to start the line off with a good job.
It's the later statues that you gotta watch out for quality slippage.
Plus the costumes on the other girls are far more elaborate and detailed than Babydoll's so more opportunity to mess up the paint on those.

Your right indeed viper... I just hope Babydoll, Amber and Rocket are given good paint apps. I don't like Sweet Pea but I do like Blondie, but I rather see her with bad paint then Rocket (my favorit)

I'm really hoping that the sword is very detailed.
I called GG Customer Service and spoke with Greg and he said that Babydoll was delayed about a week but due out the last week of April, first week of May.
Ditto. I'll be really disappointed if this statue falls short.
