I'll clean her up, make a mold, and move on to regular and Battle Damaged Cameron. This time next week I expect to have both Cameron versions done. I'm closing up her mouth for Cameron, BTW.
Anyone thought about damaged, slightly charred clothes for BD Cameron? I'm interested in her presentation.

And I'm really happy with the wonderful subtle paint job Chris C. was able to achieve. Trust me, both sculpting and painting such a young smooth face is as hard as it gets! I can sculpt 10 craggy ugly old faces in the time it takes to do such a young pretty one.Milla is a little easier, actually, as she has a little more "character".

One thing Summer Glau has going for her sculpting wise is that she has a rather unique facial structure. I've always thought she looked a bit alien which is probably why she gets cast in the roles she does. You captured that perfectly.

I have sent payment for 1 painted River at the pre-cast amount to go with the Regular and Battle Damage Cameron heads I ordered earlier. I probably would get heads of the entire Firefly crew if available but I have no idea how to get accurate outfits.

I've got a couple I bought for a Cy Girl that had badly cut hair by the previous owner. They go on OK, just gotta make sure they're positioned right. I'm not a big fan of them as they tend to look kinda poofy and I'm not a hair stylist

Well, it is, but I thought a little variation would give all of you your money's worth! It's still the same face, just making it a little more serious/less innocent by closing the mouth. More Cameron like, less River.
If the consensus is to leave it open, that would be fine with me. Opinions?

Cool, I sent payment (via Paypal) for a painted River head to go along with the painted Regular and Battle Damaged Cameron I already have on order. I prefer the open mouth, but now that I'm getting 3, a little variety is nice.

what will the BD version look like exactly? are we aiming for the pic in the first post which seems to just be scratched and bloody? i might want a BD head if there is more metal showing.
I was going to emulate the makeup as seen in the show.... not sure most folks would want too much flesh peeled off.
