Got some pics the other day. The glare was horrible so I tried getting some pics with and without flash.

I'm really happy to see Streaky was included and the body is amazing. Really disappointed in the HS. She's not as cute as she should be. Hopefully there's another HS, but it'd better not be the same HS with different hair.

Shouldn’t her HS be based on an Teenage version of Power Girl’s? Since biologically they are the same person.

Oh that's it. I can't resist that blond hair, blue-eyed girl anymore, I'm defnitely getting her. I wanted the classic outfit, but it's sexy the way she looks now. She's too damn beautiful, but she better not have any PVC materials.

Alright Zod I stole one of your pics since they were clearer than the one I worked with last night and took some years off of her again. Not much I can I do with the smile though. I messed with it a little but if I tried anything further she kept looking like she'd been Jokerized :lol

Nice work Josh, but I don't think this one can be saved in its current form. I actually like the back of the head in Zod's picture, but I mean, you're not going to pose her backwards! :lol I think the face needs some work, but overall I think if they'd fixed the hair it would've had a lot of people jump on board. I'd be curious if there'll be an alternate headsculpt, but I also wonder how much they can do with it unless there's also a swap out arm due to how close the salute is to the headsculpt.

She's definitely lacking the cuteness factor that Supergirl needs. A cuter, perkier alternate head would really do wonders for the piece, as the neck down is really stunning. I love that part of the sculpt. I still find it odd that her hair is taking flight in an upward spiral, and yet her cape and skirt are both defying gravity. :lol

She looks older than Powergirl. Anyway, I think the sculpt will be changed so not too concerned. My biggest hope is that there is a change-o head. At the very least that will mean that better custom replacements can be produced. Also hope there is a change-o arm. I think folks have been so distracted by the portrait that the saluting pose has been forgotten.

Thx for the pics GeneralZodLives. Im sold on this piece now. I need a 1/4 Supergirl to go with my Powergirl and this will be it. Any improvements/tweaks to this Pf plus any Ex items will just be a bonus to it. Day one Ex PO for me.

The only thing that can save that sculpt is a new sculpt. Everything else (well, the salute still bugs me) is perfect. I really hope they change the face because I need Supergirl on my shelf. I don't want to have to steal Buffygirl's idea and paste a pic over her face--but I will if it comes down to it.

Or you could get you and 50 of your closest collecting buddies together and try to commission something.

The body sculpt is super fine and the cape too as if they can make it wavy/undulating like that, they're probably too lazy or in a rush to make em bend up. Its the head that don't have much cuteness to it. Head is fine and attractive to an average woman but this ain't a woman but a girl, dammit! *shakes fist at SSC!*

If her head is detachable, then I have no doubt there'll be commissions on this and it'll do quite well. Something tells me that this will go up for PO sooner than later, and that the only saving grace for most will be if there's an alternate headsculpt made available with it. Again, I find that less likely due to the fact that they didn't change it out at all during SDCC, which they usually do.

They've done quite well with most female sculpts lately, so I'm not sure how this one slipped by when it's so glaringly...not good. :lol

A shame we would have to do that, but it would be nice to have the option is there is not another head included that would work.

I think the salute limits what can be done really. I mean, I'd personally say it was a mistake to go that route for a pose. Most hate it in general due to the fact that it's her using the wrong arm, but I just don't think it was needed. Does Supergirl salute a lot? I can't seem to find any pictures of her doing so, but I'm not someone who follows her enough to know.

I think her even simply levitating off the ground with her arms down by her side would've looked better.

But aside from the hair, it's mainly the fact that she really just doesn't look young and vibrant enough.

Ashame, Mr. Green might have to be on board with custom head. Might be first time for Mr. Green. Might have to complain every day till PO? Tisk, Tisk.

her hairline looks odd...

It's as if she was going to start some corn rows then changed her mind.

I know people are talking about getting custom heads done or repaints, etc, but far out, you shouldn't need to do a damn thing to a $400+ statue.

My problem with the statue is I just can't unsee Alfed E. Newman now.
