Absolutely true! I always said I'd never collect busts but now I have the "World's Finest" duo and I couldn't be happier!

WHAT!? I just received my batman bust and the box is huge. The biggest box I have encountered tbh. And this is bigger.

Not only he box is bigger, the bust itself noticeably bigger than the bat. I tried to do face to face shot but the bat's eye level is on superman chin lol

He has arrived and he is amazing. When I first got Batman I thought he was big and he is, but Superman is massive. These two busts complement each other perfectly. Now I have a reason to go to the laundry room more often.

I got this today and it's awesome. The eyes are great, they used decals and they are straight for a change. The paints are top notch especially on the hair - very well done. I have two issues with it tho. They eyebrow paint aps aren't very good there is plenty of unpainted sculpt areas left bare. You can see this clearly on his right eyebrow in the pic. I also have the same spots tamato has on the left shoulder. You can see a couple of them in the pic but they cover pretty much the whole area. Not sure what the cause for that is whether it's paint or residue, but it won't wipe off. I got this one pic then my phone didn't have enough charge for another...

Nah it ships on Saturday so it'll be about a week after that.

I went thru SS purely for the flex option but yeah if I went they pop I spose I might have saved ~$30.

The first payment of $200 I made was a while ago so that was pretty much at parity but the second one was at about .90c and this one will be at about .89c I spose so add about $40 there plus shipping of $99 and I might have saved $20 bucks getting it locally.

It was about $70 dearer for me I paid outright. The $ dropping 15% has me nervous about ordering non ex stuff at the moment, but I can still save on Sauron and others luckily. Good luck with it man, hope it's spot free.

Yeah I reckon it's headed towards 80-85c. I only ever get a few figs a year so hopefully I won't have to go without and flexpay helps.

im little confused about the eyes,so i prefer to speak when i get mine because it gives the feeling that his eyes are a little farther apart than the prototype

I think you are right about the eye distance. Things are thrown off a bit by my phone being close to the bust, but it definitely looks fine in person. Not like the Red Skull turd I was sent.
I wish the eyes were as light blue as the proto and I am missing some serious eyebrow paint compared to the proto too

The skin tones are excellent really, lots of depth and shading. I was actually surprised it came out this good! As always the pics don't fully capture the subtle tones and details, but I saw the proto at SDCC last year and the production piece is the closest match I have seen in a loooooooong time!
