Well I have officially saved 680 dollars hearing all these problems. My LCS ordered one for me but it still hasn't arrived so I have time to cancel. I want to wait to see if the bust is free of problems but it doesn't seem like anyone has received a good one yet...? Pretty sad when we are spending so much money that QC couldn't care less I hope they smash a bunch of this lot and make new ones that are free of flaws.

Live and die by this thread, might as well unsub.

Here is the email I got today about Superman bust....

We have reviewed your pictures and compared them to in-stock items, I regret to inform you that I do not believe I can offer you a replacement that would be an improvement to the one you currently have. I guess it depends on how unhappy you are, best case, take the 50$, worst case Send it back for a new one.

If it were only the liver spots, 50.00 would be ok, but this one has liver spots, deformed lip, looks like leftover food in the corner of his mouth red paint on the blue, blue paint on the cape, 2 missing paint spots on the base, some white spots where the bust wasn't painted at all.....
I called SSC this eve, "You have none that are better quality than the one I have?" got a return label, getting sent a replacement.

It know its a matter of taste, but Heineken is filthy man.
I see it everywhere when I am abroad but in the Netherlands it is certainly one of the poorer beers, hell I like most German beers much better. It's great that a dutch brew does so well internationally but it's way overpriced.

Netherlands considers Heineken as the "old English" of beers.

But here, you pay through the nose for this "premium" beer.

I'm a fan, especially on draft, with a steak... Ohhhhh yes.
