I noticed that the nose is chipped! contacted SS & they gave me that BS that no better replacement is found & can offer me 65$!!! I can live with the spot but not with nose issue so sadly will have to return it & buy a new one!! very frustrating to go this route, it's not like the ES is small to not offer replacements

It doesn't look too bad to me but I can understand with the amount of money you spent that you would want him to be perfect. This bust is kinda turning out to be too risky a purchase for me with yet again all the QC issues.
