Honestly why not release Charlie? Hes a crazy old man that poses no real threat to anyone. He should be in a minimum security mental hospital, not a maximum security prison. Keep in mind he never actually killed anyone.

Just throwing it out there, but you don't think there are a couple hundred lunatics roaming the US that would flock to him and do his bidding if they had access to him?
 
Like I said, keep him in a mental hospitol. The guy obviously has some problems that would keep him from fuctioning in society. But there really isn't any reason to spend taxpayer money to keep a fairly harmless crazy man in maximum security prison.
