Collector Freak said:The robotic eye was locked in one position in the movie. The obvious reason is that it made the effect cheaper. The technical reason was because after taking such a beating it malfunctioned.

I believe what they are stating is that each line of busts from a given license would be relative in scale to another bust in that same line.Wor-Gar said:I'm not sure I understand or appreciate this whole "legendary" thing.
Its not in any set scale, but the sculpts are somehow relative to each other.
For characters who are similarly sized, Legendary Scale busts will be roughly the same mass and volume as one another, while large characters will be bigger than smaller characters.
