My two sandies arrived from BBTS today. Fantastic quality as usual. I'm glad I'm getting the scout and royal guard from BiJ though, just because they'll be a couple of months quicker.

My only problem is deciding where to set all these figures up and what is going to go to make room. I think I've got a plan worked out but need the scout and royal guard to make it work. Luckily they are both out within a couple of months.

Just got my Boba Fett for a cool $40. Thinking of buying up a bunch of stormies like Raiyuri. That looks great!

You should get more, they look great in numbers.:D

May the fourth be with you all!

If you're ging to Japan Akihabara is a good place to look for collectibles. I'm not sure if you're still going to get good deals from this line, I have noticed an increase in price with the figures recently specially on the troopers.

Definitely hitting up Akihabara. From what I've read and seen on youtube it looks to be a toy paradise.

Also hitting up den den town in Osaka.

In Hong Kong, go to Mong Kok (it's a subway stop). Take the Bank Center exit up to the street and walk down Nathan Road to the Sino Center. Most people speak english, so you can always ask around. (Hot Toys Secret Base is in this building too, although you need to take the elevator up to the 20th floor for that). Just explore the building and all the little shops. There are a few other buildings in that area just a few buildings away full of toys. Look also for the Trendy Zone building as well as the Toy Market (I think that's what the last one is called).

Just noticed the spiderman figure in this style is up for preorder. Really don't like it. This style kills in Star Wars though.

Yeah, I don't think the style would work with most superheroes. It's perfect for Star Wars, though.

Agreed. Spiderman don't look so hot. I think the style best suits armored characters.

I agree. It isn't the best but I'm a sucker for anything Samurai so I still PO'd one. Also if they continue this "Manga Realization" line and make like an Iron Man or a Wolverine, the completist in me would regret not getting Spidey. There are sooo many Marvel characters I would love to see interpreted this way.

Impatiently waiting on my BBTS order for the Sandy. Those displays look amazing and the detail in Spark's photos look great!

EDIT - UPDATE:

Well it arrived and this is what the box looks like. View attachment 258027

Finally got this sorted out. New box is nearly perfect. Figure looks great. Needs a minor paint touch up on a hand, but no biggie. 13211114_10206737127966098_1052110011_o.jpg
