I can only find a few of his photos in this thread, but not the big photo review that I thought he posted in its own thread. Best I could do was Google Image "Tamashii C-3PO OMG" which did produce about 8 or so pics (no links back to here, though).

Those are old photos from last year before R2 was confirmed. Still, the packaging for the proto looks great and I hope they keep it. Fingers crossed that we see an accurate, in-scale R2 at SDCC.

If you have default page length set in the forum that will take you right to the correct posts. If you have more sensible page lengths like I do (set to max) then it will take you to the thread but the wrong page. The link I posted however will take you to the highest resolution images.

Indeed, those are older pics.
Undersized R2 and chrome dome are a turnoff.

Well I just took the plunge and joined the club. I got mine from Amazon for $280.00. Abetter deal yes but still alot of money. At least I know I will not have to buy another C-3po.

Definatley Artoo but will take the same route and wait 6 months after the release date so I can get the best price.
