Sideshow's will also be $250 I imagine.
With R2 at $150? I doubt it.
I managed to get Threepio, but forgot to send the payment. I just sent it, and luckily it seems to have gone through. Fingers crossed! Also, fingers crossed that our Threepios have no cosmetic issues!
Vader is $250. Threepio is larger than R2 and more complex. Depending on the accessories, I bet it comes in between $200 and $250. The cheapest I could see it being is $190.
R2 has more arms.
And legs.
Time will tell who has fell and who's been left behind.

Mine too...My HLJ account says "Double checking item before shipping" do you reckon they are QC'ing the figure i.e. checking him for broken midsection wires, broken arm pistons and or paint / finish bemishes? Or am I hoping too much?

Pixelpiper said:First they're probably confirming they have inventory and then that it's in shippable condition - that it hasn't been dropped off a pallet/shelf, etc. Or maybe that's part of their normal packing or pre-packing process and it says it for everyone? Good luck, you guys definitely got in at the right time.
Yeah, well done to those who waited I guess.. but I'm glad I got mine when I did - early to avoid the return stampede, & when I could budget for it.
I'm up to me eyeballs in bills at the moment, so not buying much at all for the next little while.
Totally - although there really was no guarantee I'd get a perfect one from HLJ, but they were an absolute pleasure to go though; thorough & quick.I'm glad I got mine when I did too. I'd bet 9/10 of the remaining stock would have surface blemishes - which I'd definitely accept for the $220 outlay, but this is one of those pieces where I'm happy to have shelled out for a guaranteed perfect example. Those who waited for a better price did well, but I have no regrets about the extra hundred bucks I spent.
