A really nice set for 29.99 pp. I cannot recall the last time Hasbro has impressed me like this, but, I am guessing it has been several years.

They can't go wrong with plastic droids, just like SS can't go wrong with helmeted or alien figs.

Was gonna say leave the humans to HT, but SS has lifted its game lately. Just a shame about the price.

Look at your screen handle... Hard to take your offense seriously (from a pretty accurate comment) when someone is implying ALL this stuff is plastic crap...

The C3P0 does look super cheap but the other two don't look too bad. A little detailing on the Astromech with a wash and some dry brushing and he probably can look ok. Hard to tell on BB-8 how cheap he actually comes off but the Golden Rod looks like he is a dark bronze rod with no details added in paint and he is very short. It looks like BB-8 has attachable arm pieces... are one of them the lighter?

I got this treo and the bb-8 is cool, the Ro droid is not bad for a back ground droid for the jawas, and the C-3po i tore off his legs and ripped off the red arm and now he's on back of my hot toys Chewie and it looks really good but needs a new paint job. great deal in my IMO.

Wow what a huge improvement just a little wash makes on the BB8 and astromech! Add some more weathering, and wipe it with pledge and I'll bet these two driods will blend right in with the SSC stuff on the shelf. Threepio will probably look a lot better with a wash and some pledge too.

The thumbs certainly look better.
