Just a suggestion, do you think there is a way of modifying his left arm so its pointing the rifle up liked the HCG t-800 bust and what we see in the movies? (not that you would want to in your case since you already have a custom case)

My english is not perfect, so it's better to show you details ...

1st - right hand ... with holes ... to put the plasma on the hand

before & after ...

...

Left Hand ... Plasma is the HCG half size ...

A metalic part to attach the plasma on the arm ... Impossible to remove now ...

Fingers were broken and repositioned to cope & fit with the plasma ...

...

...

Tube ise made with plexyglass, and top of it, with a glass disk ..
