Do you buy your stuff from Chinook Hobby West? If I remember correctly you're from Calgary, right?

Yes. I'm from calgary. Chinook doesn't carry them anymore. There is a store here that carries lots of SS statues, that is if you're into getting raped price wise.

I buy directly from SS. It's the only way to go.
Pheonix Comics gets some in and I'll buy from them as they are priced good but they don't get a lot of statues.

Cool. I didn't know they dropped Sideshow, I know they still do some Hot Toys stuff. Like you i've bought the last 2 PF's directly from Sideshow. $25 for FedEx shipping is an awesome rate imo.

Does anyone else have this air brushed dirtspot hairline on theirs?? Not a huge issue I noticed it right off but so have the few people that have come over to see it pointed it out pretty quick also. One of those things I am not sure I should contact SS about. It is much darker in person.

It is an awesome deal. Plus, those reward point really add up. Before this week, I had 1050.00 worth in reward points to spend. I just spent 324.00 on this piece so I still have 700.00 left.

I'd say the same thing about Hot Toys. Yeah pics are nice but they never do it for me. In hand is where it's at.

@ Jaws, I have the same shade, it's no big deal dude. I think it's there to add a little depth to what could be a boring paint app. The T2 PF has very little detail to the sculpt and I think that's why most knock the T2 PF.

I used SS points to get the LOTR Legolas PF as well. I think I've spent 20k in the last year and half at SS. Man, I don't know about myself sometimes.

Thanks Voorhees27. I was back and forth about it. My Ex head does not have the shade and is lighter all the way around. The Ex does as you say lack the depth of the reg head.
