Update: crap so sad to say the statue was good but the eye glasses had a crack on the ends. 
these things are so fragile. Anyone had that issue? Can SS even get me one unbroken? I hope my replacement will not be broken or cracked. I'm worried that they may run out of replacements.

Update: crap so sad to say the statue was good but the eye glasses had a crack on the ends.
I got one a few weeks back on ebay that arrived with one of the legs on the glasses snapped. I managed to find the tiny piece in the styrofoam and glued it, seller gave me a discount too so I was lucky.

that would be me lol, infact not one but 2 replacement reg head came broken , im looking for someone who might have an extra , sideshow said they are out of replacement at the moment

about the sunglasses mine came broken but were replaced by sideshow, the plastic sunglasses glued to the head was not a good design choice by sideshow.
how will they survive the trip? They are so fragile and the sides of the glasses crack. 
btw why does arnold have eyes behind the glasses if they were not made to be taken off? I like it but SS went the extra step?

Well just had my streak of bad luck, I opened my ex to snap a few pics with the new paintup, only to see that my body was snapped in half during shipment.
This was shipped out around June 15th and came a week later, I hope I can get a replacement body. Man this sucks!

The glasses are actually intact, that was immediately the next thing I checked!!!
edit: oops forgot to answer here, I did, e-mail pics of the damage as well.
I think this might be the first time I've ever had a statue that was broken in transit!

Yea, I really wanted to show you guys some pics on the statue itself, I put some repaints on the broken half(torso) last night and I'd die if I couldn't have this piece in my collection because of a mishap.

Well, that's quite the opposite of what others have been experiencing i.e. broken glasses. Mine's shipping on 16th and I hope it comes intact. Good luck on the replacement.

Skiman, I always said you should be careful when you "Hulk out." On the bright side, could have been a lot worse than simply snapping a statue in half. You could've been snapping people in half.
