Ah not again my replacement reg head has broken glasses again. I asked for another one and theynsaid they don't have anymore. I really wanted this t1 ex statue but now I'm going to have to give it up. I really don't want to keep a statue with broken glasses. So looks like I won't be getting this one. It seems like the glasses are impossible to get safely in the mail. :( sucks!!!!!

same here bro, 2 replacement both broken , it seems they are just sending out broken replacement,I mean by now they surely should have figured a way to send replacements without getting damged, its as if they dont care we get it undamaged
if u have money to spare, just get a reg and if its undamaged swap the reg heads and then send back the reg to them for full refund.it will take time but as ur in US it will be much easier for u

they should have made glass seprate ........fit with magnet that will be cool & less damage issue

That's what I thought too. Removable glasses would have also given you the choice to display between classic terminator with shades or the battle damaged eye underneath by easily removing them. The look for the ex head could have been after he was run over by the truck so in a way you would have three different head options.

So, I read through a bunch of the old posts here but still don't have a full sense of the sticky jacket issue. I understand that it sticks to the neck and wrists. I want to get the EX and occasionally swap out the heads. Just how bad is this problem? Is it going to run the jacket? The heads? Would it appear sticky immediately, or only after it sits for awhile? Thanks, guys.

Unknown. I haven't seen anyone yet suggesting that it ruined the jacket. I know it did affect some of the paint on one of the hands of my statue. The worst it would likely do to the head would be affecting paint around the neck.

Didn't manifest until after a couple of months, which was one of the major problems as SSC wouldn't allow for full refunds by the time the problem occurred. I still have mine just because Sideshow was gonna make me eat over $50 in shipping fees and I haven't been able to offload it for what I paid.
