I don't care if they stated there would be an NRD previously. There was no mention of such on the order page, so there shouldn't be one. What if folks just stumbled across this or heard about it from some other source and ordered it? Should they be charged the NRD with no warning? The answer, quite frankly, is nope.

They'll charge an NRD. I love the NRD. It keeps the rif-raf like bottom feeding flippers and posers out.

Doubt it keeps flippers out, most of them have a good sense of what'll be flippable or not, the NRD is a small price if you can double your overall investment.
