You're all gonna kill me now but nevermind ..... compared to the T-800 pf this one is just a big miss. A friend of mine (who shares my interest for movies) saw the pictures and his comment straight out was: that doesn't look like Arnold - is that on purpose? After that comment I cancelled mine before the nrd kicks in. I can't be the only one. It's nowhere near to be sold out.

Difference is I will not return to a forum about a piece I don't like and thus have no interest in buying. If someone likes it and finds it to be their personal grail then of course they are going to take the time to talk about it.

But if you don't like a piece why keep coming back? Seems like a real waste of time to me.

I don't see any problem with them coming back. Ever stop to think that maybe they're hoping someone from sideshow will pop in to say they're improving it? Why do you keep coming back if you posted you love the piece and have it on preorder? You should be done too, unless it's to have a Limp Biscuit party over how great it is.

I won't return to a thread about a piece I am not interested in but I will return to a thread about a piece I am interested in and don't like. The point of criticising is to see if it can effect change, if not on this product then perhaps on something else later on where hopefully the criticisms of one piece will be taken into account on another. So I disagree, technically, it makes more sense to post repetitively when you have complaints than when you don't.

By the way my stance on this is I think there are faults (forehead too small and square) but saying it looks nothing like Arnie is exaggeration and a mistake. Some people who have said that have wisely retracted it. Either way though I don't think I'm buying this. It isn't hugely blowing me away lol given the scene its depicting), I just seem to prefer poseable action figures and with HT superior paintjobs they end up looking more realistic too.

At this point there is a clear divide, if there isn't anything more productive to mention personally about this piece from either side lets just leaving it be. But I like the piece and I come back hoping to see a different photo (like the B&W head shots) Just amazed at how many come here to complain and say the same thing over and over. Also History shows that sideshow does their piece and you either like it or not and thus buy it or not.

but I can see your point somewhat. I guess I would be really P'd off if I was waiting for a piece and it sucked. I guess I would express my opinion. But i would not keep coming back trying to prove to everyone else who likes it that they are wrong and the statue sucks. I would just move on. There are those who love the Rambo PF but I am not going to visit that thread and talk about how awful it is. just not worth my time.

It is better then a print. But I myself will never display with the other head. Not sure what EX I would have wanted. Since not having glasses is not movie accurate anyways, perhaps they could have made a really damaged head. That I might have used.

I dig. The EX may not be movie accurate, but I actually like both heads and will be switching them out from time to time just for the hell of it. I'll especially dig them more when they add the extra super mega surprise light up feature to both heads! WOO!

SO SO True...that said I'm going to alternate between the murdered out glasses as it's just so freaking iconic. Man I get the chills when I watch the movie and see bad ass arnold walking through the hallway blasting everyone in sight. Such a great movie franchise and epic statue IMO.
