this is perfect. an experience most of us have had with SS CS department at one time or another.
to offer $100 for a completely fudged up statue is insulting. Who did you deal with out of curiosity?

Yep, same person I dealt with recently. I found the others to be more reasonable.

not sure. For me (on another statue) not only did he not allow an exchange or credit...but he said I had to eat the shipping costs (from Canada) both ways if I wanted to return it...because mine did not have a flaw...these are handcrafted individual pieces don't you know.
Is there an on/off switch on this bust?
Looks messy. Return - Reorder...
