I have had a lot of Duracells leak lately. I trust no battery!
It happened to me as well. It was a big disappointment to see Duracell, Energizer or Varta batteries leaking...

Alright guys, there might be light at the end of the tunnel
for those concerned about the inaccuracies on this bust.
As a lot of other fans of the original endoskeleton, I wanted
this bust to be a perfect representation of that, and was getting
more and more worried about the outcome. I knew that what
we'd seen so far had been pictures and videos of the prototype,
and the final product had yet to be shown, but I felt something
had to be done, if we were to even hope for something remotely
close to a movie-accurate endo.
I wrote a sincere plea to Sideshow, and got a quite uplifting answer.
A while ago I began gathering every bts photo and high-res screen-shot
of the original Terminator and the T2 Terminator I could find.
I then put them all together in a large document, lined them up next to
pictures of the Sideshow bust, zooming in on the most important areas,
accompanied by explanations on every detail I knew was incorrect:
jaw-pistons, porthole covers, lenses, all the small holes and fine detailing,
neck-pistons, neck-seamline, slots in the temple areas, you name it.
I mainly focused on the skull, but also mentioned the different pistons
on the body etc.
I then sent it all to Sideshow, hoping they would take it as a positive thing..
and in best case actually do something about it.
Here's the answer I got:
It’s wonderful to hear from you, even in
this particular circumstance!
We really can’t thank you enough for the
time and work you put in to this diligent
research. Not only is it an impressive feat,
but also an effort that we take very seriously
here at Sideshow. Please know that this is
more than appreciated, and we sincerely
thank you for bringing your concerns to
our attention.
I will gladly make sure that these concerns
reach our team of artists, designers, and
sculptors, who strive for the same quality
of product that would make any valued
collector happy to add this to their collection.
Rest assured that, while this bust is still in the
prototype stage, our artists are always seeking
ways to create products they would take great
pride in.
As this bust is undergoing changes and improvements
that will ultimately affect the final product, I encourage
you to keep your order as it stands. However, should
you receive the final product and find that certain
features and characteristics don’t quite retain the
movie accuracy that fans are seeking, please let
us know. We will happily take care of you in that
circumstance and make sure that there is a positive
resolution.
Once again, from all of us here at Sideshow Collectibles,
thank you for being an awesome fan and collector.
So while they're not promising anything, it's still great
that they listen to suggestions and are taking it so great.
Well my fingers are crossed, hoping to see at least some
of the biggest errors corrected on the final product.
Only time will tell.
People will still buy it though.
They won't changega thing.
If they can't research what the item should look like they shouldn't be in this business.

it's probably warranted.
It's not a prop replica.
