Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

Just wished the clothes fit over the Hot Toys muscle body!

You can just fit a Hot Toys jacket over the Billy sized muscle figure, but it severley restricts the already reduced posesyou can do, plus it is a bit of a waste of a muscle body as all you see are clothes.

W

So far I've ordered the T-800T1 head, which will be sent to Josh for painting and I've secured the Saturday Toys Biker set, although I don't need the pants. My plan is to go for the Police Station Massacre look...

Probably already gone, but if you still have those trousers "in stock" :) I am interest to buy them (or trade something)

Just let me know ;-)

And your T1 looks great, the sculpt is so nice - hope you find a trick to make the sunglasses fit (I am someone letting adjusting the sunglasses for the T2 also - too big if you ask me)

Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

hey guys I'm currently mucking a round with an Arnie sculpt what do you think?
please excuse the photos...

I'm still deciding on the hair cut though

Actually they were sent off to another member a few months ago.

I have one idea for the glasses that I'll try this week... if not I can live w/o them as I really like how the sculpt looks.

I wonder what that Jacket might look like over the Hot toys Dutch body? I know it's not the best but if it fits, I wouldn't complain!

Would it be too big? I'm not too clued up on that particular figure, I just know it's of a bigger scale.

That abomination is actually 1/4 scale... so it would be way to big.

Ah right ok. Can leather shrink?? :lol

Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

That thing is just so laughable I can hardly believe it. How is some company releasing that thing now, in 2009? I can't wait to hear how badly this thing sells because it will deserve it. A truly woeful piece in every sense of the word.

Thank you for the reply
Came across your post while searching some hints/tricks in this thread, and thought by myself why not ask ;-)

Your T1 sculpt is too nice to be hidden by sunglasses, but on the other side, the glasses give him the cool look.

This is like the Indiana Jones thread, what fun in updating this figure ;-)

Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

Glad you found yourself an Endoskeleton (hope it did't cost you an arm and a leg)

Also a sweet T2, favourite look of me is in his black T-shirt with ungloved hands.

I think a T1000 with hooks would make the killer robots shelf complete :)

Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

Looks more like arnold.

Damn, they're cracking headsculpts those! Love them all

Re: Building the ultimate Terminator T-800 figure.

Thanks Jan. Actually, I bought that Endo back when they came out at retail. I paid $120 for it! What I was looking for, was a Battle Damage Endo, which I found here. I still need another clean endo (at a decent price, of course). Can't get enough of these bad ass T-800s!!
I will eventually get the T-1000. You're right, I need it to complete the picture!
