I love Last Action Hero. It was a misunderstood movie and ahead of it's time in my opinion. A really fresh and interesting movie about movies. Also Benedict was great. I don't think he was a mediocre villain in the slightest, certainly not on the levels of John Connor and the different incarnations of Skynet.

A movie has to be acknowledged at some point to be forgotten though. But I was one of the seven people that saw it opening weekend when it was getting spanked by JP.

Eh, I liked/like it for what it was. Fun concept, good satire on the action genre, great soundtrack. The cameos and nods to other movies are cool too. I don't watch it for Arnold and I don't think it's nostalgia that's blinding me. I genuinly enjoyed the movie, especially when they come into the real world and there is this contrast between fiction and reality. I thought a grim, rainy New York was a great way to showcase that.

Only thing I didn't like that felt "off" was the animated cat, thing.

They had an amazing after party for the screening. Took over half of Westwood. Lots of fun. Movie still sucked.

Nope, no idea, never heard of it. That must have been in the 80s. Being a little boy under 25, I'm not familiar with any movie made before 1990.

what's wrong in posing in gays magazines ?.. he made it for money..like this *****ty movie..
the parents of kennedy was nazi too.. they paid hitler to build his power and make the 2th world war..
but kennedy was killed because he revealed about the conspiracy and the shadow governement and for executive order 11110 and it wasn't a nazi..
for the rest I didn't know that..
