Re: Official Terminator thread.

I love this line :)

Re: Official Terminator thread.

I want to like Sarah, but most pictures I've seen don't have a good likeness. In this last picture she has a neck that's too thin. Almost looks like a "bobble head".

Totally MF, Sarah looks good with the boys!

Ya, but Sideshow needs to give us a young John Connor so I can have this display.

Long-haired Sarah would work well too, but not as crucial as the "great military leader."

The likeness is fantastic, it truly is Linda Hamilton. The only major negative I have with the figure is the Buck female neck, why it isn't articuled like the males is beyond me, I would imagine the same technique could be scaled down to female size, but because it's a post, the neck is about an 1/8 of an inch smaller in diameter than it should be to be in proportion to the heads.

Josh, You Rock it Hard, baby. Gonna look great with those Nike's and the FML Hicks head! Fantastic bro! :rock2 :rock :D

That Technoir is off, jacket type (zipper) color (gray), pants color (brown), etc. The studded patches on the jacket look good though as does the shirt... Maybe I should use pleather on mine? Whatever...

The Hermann Weber sculpt will need some work to sculpt his bangs and shape his hair like Eddie Furlong's.

Yep. But the face is there. He's a little tall too but that's fixable. Certainly Les or Josh or Hunky or someone could sculpt a new hairline... and cut the legs to appropriate size. Its a pretty good start for those who really want that brat in their collection.

Re: Official Terminator thread.

Yeah, that's alot of work for the kid, not "easy money" either...

Re: Official Terminator thread.

I ordered one of these little Hitler Youth weasels but still haven't decided what to do with him. I'm kind of waiting to see if anyone offers to do a conversion on the head sculpt ala Darren Carnall, aka "Formerly H_A". DC seems to have his platter full at the moment. Would anyone else be willing to rework the hair? I guess it can wait.

Thanks guys for the comments on Reese' pants and coat. The jacket is much darker in person.... and as far as the pants go... It's just fun making things filthy. :lol

And Paul, I think I might use some pleather on that coat.... or simulate it with cloth.... we will see what I can do. The studds I can simulate with paint, no problem. Will keep you posted...

I think you're right Josh, again! :lol I also have a silver metallic sharpie. Maybe one day I'll stud over the painted studs? We can just paint the inside of the collar...

This is gonna be sick. :rock2

Re: Official Terminator thread.

I'm a huge user of Sharpie markers and paint markers. I used them on all my apes upgrades. The T1 is getting a patch of leather and I'm using straight pin heads for the studs.
Now I just need a Reese head. Somebody, anybody have an extra?? :monkey3

They do have a body like that. I don't know if they ever used it.
