Sorta. Both are haughty in nature so you get the crossed-arm with face to the side full of disdain look...I actually prefer that pose much better. Best representation of him IMO.

I would guess towards the end of next year but maybe SS will have it at comic con 2010. This will be a showcase piece for sure.

I doubt this will be up before Silver Surfer who was further on and shown back in July.

If it does go up on your timeline it would be great but I am betting this will appear at comic con. Hopefully we get Silver Surfer Jan or Feb for Toyfair.
