hang on, ash just said that the 4pk will be 2 of (lunar defence, shadow guard, suicide club, engineer) and 2 of (emgy, dawn patrol, african corp, medic)
which ones i dunno
i hope the 4pk is suicide club, engineer, medic and dawn patrol

dunno probably between $200-300 but pitu could probably get you the 3AA discount (15%)
war nurse will be in the 3AA pack, I think that's a 2 pack

It has not been confirmed by Ash that War Nurse is in the TQ 3-pack.
And the configuration of the Armstrong 4 and 8-pack has not been confirmed either. All we know is that, like Karma said, there will be 2x 0G and 2x 1G in the 4-pack and 4x 0G and 4x 1G in the 8-pack.
