I fell asleep during the ending to MGS4, that's what I get for staying up late trying to finish it.

So whats the deal with this figure is it a limited edition or numbered or anything? Never had a threeA figure before i hear they are really great quality though. I heard there is only a 24 hour window to order though.

Not sure what the 3A fan appeal is towards the REX.. For me it's just some expensive bulky thing not worthy of 3A style. In fact I don't think it has that 3A flare. Huge pass for me...

Agreed. I actually really like mechs, but this thing looks like an unrelated series of mech parts stuck together to be as bulky and blocky as possible. Like the "Godzilla 1999" of mecha.

I gotta say i'm a little nervous with my first order at bambaland.

I'd appreciate some advice from some seasoned buyers.

1. Had any defects/QC with products?

2. Returns policy states no refunds, what about replacements?

3. What's thei customer service like for problem products?

I have had two instances of defects and one instance of something not being included. In all three instances, contacting ThreeA customer service resulted in my getting replacements for the defective or missing pieces.

Oh and the paint jobs on all of one release where not so great and so everyone who bought that got a replacement with a fixed paint job totally for free.

3A customer service is in a class of it's own. I wouldn't worry about a thing.

I will say they can sometimes be a little slower to respond than some may be used to, but they always respond and will always take care of you even if it takes a few more days than you'd expect.

Hey ded, did he make a mold of that head, where he could sell castings? I'd love a female Zomb.

No it was just done for me on commission based on designs I sent him. There is only one of them. He did his own female Zomb too which is what inspired me to do mine. Also, only one of his Zomb. The only thing I think he's done casting of are a pair of TK-styled TQ sneakers.

You pay right away if ordering through bambaland. Basically because they only accept Paypal. If Paypal offers deferred payments in your country you can do that.

I asked him already.. $150 to sculpt hair on a head that I have to provide.. I don't think so. I'd pay $50 for the hair that I want.

Hi, ded, on the TQ defects, do you have to contact customer serv at 3A before you get your replacement. Do they need a pix 1st of the defect?

Thanks for the info. I have the Vanilla Pod & Princess TQ (I was super lucky to get the TQ Loper). I still want a Princess TQ.

Yeah, I had to take a pic and send it to them. On my TQ the ankle broke. There was a batch of TQs that they bodies where screwed up in some way and they where all replaced without needing to contact ThreeA CS.

Oh note though, they won't replace anything if you bought it on the secondary market.
