Anyone else going for Audrey's foot?
I've been trying the last three or so hours.
I keep getting jacked. Now I'm frustrated and tired of the bs.
Why am I working so hard to give AW my f_ing $$.
beats me...I guess I'm a collector...that's why!

Nope. Sorry, but I don't get the appeal of that one. It's severed foot...uh, ok. lol. I have enough spare parts and junk. Don't need feet without a matching figure to go with... :peace

^ Nice Bramble shot!

Anyway, I'm looking for Tomorrow Queen Yubi, in case anyone has it for sale.
If interested in bartering, I have Kyuuketsuki's BotHead and SXCLB two pack.

How / where do you sign up for pre-orders? I thought it was Bambaland? I go to the website click on the navigation but nothing displays. I was able to create an account and subscribe to the news letter, I just cannot access the toys. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hey DS, Bambaland is hard to get your head around at first, it doesn't operate like most other retailers.

1. Sales tend to only go live to buy for 24hr, sometimes there are surprise drops of figures that sell out fast.

2. They don't list any items when none are up for the above times, so most of the time the site is empty

Oh. So I need to pay attention to the blog site for when something will be up on the site to buy / pre -order?

That is insane :cuckoo:

Darkseed, I got to the game late too. I started last year around this time and found myself trying to buy all the stuff I missed out on paying thru the nose on ebay. Then I started to find out just how many figs they release a year and realized I didn't need to freak out on past figures. Sure I don't have all the past one's I want, but there are always new releases to look forward to.
Yes you really need to keep up to date on releases thru the various outlets, ie. Facebook and blogs. It took allot of getting used to since I was unfamiliar with the routine, but after awhile you get used to it and it makes it all the more fun to track down. 3A toys are NOT like any other products out there, and they don't fit the norm. Just remember to have fun, they are toys after all. I've seen grown men brought to tears and throw temper tantrums like little girls on drop night. :monkey2

I am finding too many past figures I want so narrowed focus to WWR. I picked up some de Plum and Commanders everything else I am trying to trade to obtain. No way can I buy everything especially at eBay inflated prices. I have a start now I'll continue to grow gradually. The robots appear to be the most expensive so I'll probably need to wait for the next PO to get one.

I love HT but IMO they become stale, I am actually excited again with this line.

Where do I go to keep up on the releases etc?

:exactly: ThreeA is a breath of fresh air for me too

I dunno. AW makes it sound like he is against flipping. He certainly doesn't make any money off of the grey market and I'm sure he'd love to see more of that cashola in his own pocket instead of some eBay reseller shmuck (unless he is somehow the one doing the all flipping lol--that would be a nice racket).

The main reason for the flipping is certainly the fans. They are freaking nutso when it comes to shelling out big bucks for some of these figs.

When I was looking for Wasabi, the price jumped up from $160 or so right well over $200+ just because suddenly a few new guys apparently jumped in and decided they absolutely needed this figure in their collection.

The main reason for the low numbers is that 3A is a small company with limited resources. That and they tend to recycle parts (thanks to the "ingenious" storyline of cloning and variants of the same character in pretty much all the themes) and they don't want to flood the market all at once with TKs TQs and the like.

I dunno how much longer they can continue using the "small company" defense now that they are doing big time licenses like Halo and Valve though.

So true, 3A has this hipness like the best kept secret in 1/6th figures today an image the company seems to abide by and relish , but their becoming too well known to the masses. They have to expand and make all their releases more available to collectors. I recently paid $435.00 for the Blind Cowboy Ghost Horse set less than 2 months after it shipped to those who purchased from the online store for $250.00. Furthermore my $435.00 was a steal most were selling it for $500.00 on Ebay. So 3A's retail patterns are building the 3rd market that Ashley Wood seems to be so against. The prices for the 1/6th scale WWR Brambles are insane on Ebay- all I can do is look at them.
