That was a great comparison and you’re right. But sometime by not supporting something, is actually supporting it. Look at how many other unsuccessful movie marvel movies got sent right back to Marvel. If Fox couldn’t make money off of the X-Men franchise they would either Reboot or can it until they lose the rights.

I thought TDKR was alright. I didn't like how he came out of retirement to retire again shortly after. Some of the plot was a little silly like ALL the cops going underground and Bruce's back healing well enough to defeat Bane. As with TDK it felt more like the villains movie than the heroes movie. Overall it was fine though

Notice the overall abundance of Blade, Ghost Rider, Daredevil and Punisher movies hitting theatres right now? This is why I'm fine with FOX keeping the X-Men license whether or not I like DofP. It'll get my $$$ in hopes of Apocalypse making up for this if DofP winds up being the dookie stain it looks like it will be. Spider-Man, on the other hand...

I have not made on post in the RE thread. X-Men and Spiderman films are torn apart here because of the whole comic accuracy thing. But as standalone movies they aren’t bad movies. Some of them maybe a bit underwhelming, but the RE movies, similar to the games or not, are terrible films. But if anyone enjoys them, I have no problem with that. I won’t be in the RE thread crying about it.

Its context, he wasn't criticizing the movies or what people like, just the hypocrisy of the behavior. Not necessarily but I don’t pick little things apart for the sake of it. Batman lighting the symbol won’t ruin a movie for me. The fact people complain about that as a huge flaw for the film is funny to me, and other little things like that. I know you enjoyed MOS, and I thought the problems were large in your face problems. TDKR for me the good far outweighed the bad. MOS, the bad outweighed the good. But thats just my personal opinion, I don’t think it’s the worst superhero movie ever.

I love the whole trilogy. I think it is arguably the best movie trilogy ever.

But I am not a huge Batman fan, and most fans don’t like it because of the liberties this movie took, to make their on story work. People think it is a flaw that Bruce retires, and lives happily ever after, because in the comics that would never happen. But for the movie, it works. Realistically he can’t be Batman forever like in the comics. But to the fans who hate it because of that, I understand, but they should understand why non hardcore Batman fans enjoy the movie.

Yea there are huge problems in Mos but IMO it's the best superman we got I won't defend the movie at all it's laughable sometimes it's not the worst superhero movie.

Yea well first and formost. When you love a franchise "like me" you hate to see it get ****ted on. The RE films suck and you know it and they took apart in killing the franchise. I'll admit tho I was young and childish at times and I will not do it again but I loved Resident evil and every pic and trailer that came out pissed me off and look what happened!!! The movie sucked *** just like the others. Your doing the same **** I was doing. Every little bit of info that comes out its a huge *****fest but its different. Spiderman is an icon with a great movies since day 1 the RE movies sucked *** since the second movie. I dont care anymore the franchise is killing itself so why bother.
