Still pretty confident that Harry's Goblin is simply a precursor to Norman's full Green Goblin. No need for panic either way, whether he's supposed to be THE Green Goblin or not. Harry's Goblin look is fine in my opinion.

It's no different to Defoe's look in terms of it's faithfulness to the character. Which I also had no problem with.

I agree. I theorized a LOOONG time ago that the Goblin serum is a mix of the Dr. Connors' 00 attempt and perhaps something else. Which as we know, will likely go very, VERY wrong. But it helps explain the green, reptilian look that the Goblin will exhibit. And the "Final" Goblin will look something like the Ultimate version if Norman does end up turning into the "final" Green Goblin.

This works for me and I'm cool with it.

Harry tests the serum, loses control, kills Gwen, Spidey kills Harry
Norman wants revenge on Spidey, becomes roid rage Hulk Goblin, forms the Sinister Six with OSCORP tech

Not the way I'd like it to go but seems pretty likely at this point.

That'd put Norman in charge rather than Ock which makes sense if he's supplying the Vulture wings, Ock's arms, a possible Rhino mutation etc. It also means that with the Ock and Vulture easter eggs they could do all this by the 3rd movie.

There was also this photo that was released VERRRY early in Amazing Spider-man 2's production.

Remember the Colm Feore-Vulture link that people were pointing out? Seems to be in line with your theory and the trailer's shot of the Vulture wings at OSCORP (or whatever super secret lab that is).

Even with that stupid suit, Dafoe acted the fauk out of Goblin. Seeing his mouth was creepy. The rooftop scene was awesome.
