Nope. He said he doesn't know what the plan past 3 is and since that interview over 6 months ago it's been confirmed they aren't planning to do a Miles or future Spidey. "Just Peter." Pretty obvious they want to wait and see how their plans for a larger universe are received before committing to it.
House of Cards isn't a Netflix original, it's a remake like the U.S. Office. Now if you went with Orange is the New Black, maybe but that's not getting the level of success(viewership) Marvel would expect at all. It's simply critically acclaimed.
As to you not wanting to see Spiderman movies until it reverts to Marvel in 2020 well the answer there seems simple doesn't it? Don't watch them. Or is Marc Webb threatening to rape your family if you don't go to the theater and watch his Summer action movie? Surely you have plenty of other cool guy things you can do to fill your time like coke and sex orgies.
And comparing ASM2 to KotCS? Which SM movie exactly are you comparing to Raiders of the Lost Ark?

Yes and no. Sony pictures is banking HEAVILY on this being a huge finantial sucsess. if this becomes a big monetary flop, it can cause longterm damage to sony pictures, and the sharholders may force sony's hand, making them dump the venture.

What's happening in that **** quality clip is the two people who actually made one of the best movies ever are "raping" childhood memories of that amazing experiance by being the same ones that are hands on destroying the current version of the same character everyone waited 20 years for.
It's not remotely applicable here(short of crying rape like you are) because this is a totally differant set of film makers taking on age old source material. (not a single iconic role born by a specific actor)

Yeah, I've never really gotten that either. I would think that for the studio, money is money. Perhaps their are hidden costs and/or they only recieve a lesser percentage of overseas gross?

I always figured a flop is making a **** ton less that what you put in. A non-profitable gross being next and up until high profit.
I think these days if it doesn't make near a Billion people call it a flop
