yeah it is,
Dark Knight Rises will be epic, is the conclusion, and I have a lot of faith in Nolan, he seems like a guy that takes his crap seriously, one of the few directors that does that,
and Spiderman is the beginning of a new era, a new set of movies, is totally not the same, there might be a sequel, ( I hope to god they do make a sequel) and everyone will be excited for the new spiderman,
while saying good bye to Batzman, totally not the same

Lizard talks because when they did an interview with the actor that plays the lizard he gave an example of how he is going to sound, and he is going to sound really weird, like low growl like voice, but talks,

is not even about miss using him but the thing that gets me mad the most is the puny look they gave him and who was playing him,
he didn't look like venom at all,
this new spiderman is looking good, I know they might not do Venom since Venom is already tainted

Hopefully the fact that he's unmasked in what appears to be two completely separate scenes is the exception, not the rule.
Besides all the great stuff that's already been mentioned, one thing I loved in the trailer was the car scene. Spider-Man's body language seems spot on, indicating that they can do a lot to show his personality with the mask still on.

I believe thats the same techique Spiders use when they catch prey in their web. They locate the prey by feeling the vibrations of it struggling in the web. This version of Spiderman is making Tobeys look STUPID
. Everything they're showing makes me see how much Raimis version skipped out on doing, like showing just how smart Parker really is.

He's being completely still, or at least as still as he can be (just like Spiders usually are on their webs).
I remember Garfield saying that the movie would explore how the Spiders DNA changes the way Parker feels things, so that looks like its playing a key role there.
