Hipster fag is about as on the money as anything I heard describing it. Assuming you're using the word "fag" as in "_______, *********, idiot,ect.." rather then homosexual. But both words do work fine.

Not just the hair but the overall look. It should be noted that Bagley did draw Peter in this kind of look in USM and that was a reference point for the Webb film but as long as the suit is true to form I have a feeling that no one will care what Peter is dressed in. There are some on these boards who still defend the Emo Pete look from SM3.

If hope Ultimate Spidey is the reference in him creating his own webbing as well then. While I still love the organic, I've warmed to the idea of web shooters this time around.

Actually its not all that bad, so long as they get rid of the stupid gloves, tone down the hair a bit, and lose the jeans that are so tight you can tell what religion he is.

I can see the USM route already. The look is fine by me. (looks like a modern nerd, or "hipster fag" whatever works) Nothing they have do so far has upset me in this reboot.

Modern nerds dress about the same as nerds did 8 years ago in the original. Not all that much has changed since 2002.

This new guy seems more like a "movie nerd". This is a term I use for awsome guys with good looks and people skills that are only unpopular becuase the script demands they be.
