I thought I heard somewhere that it was inspired by Long Halloween.

And yeah, I don't like how they announced upfront that it's a trilogy - that makes me want it to bomb even more. :lol

Yeah unless a movie is based on a trilogy of books I don't want to hear any mention of the "T" word prior to a film's release.

No kidding. They seriously need to stop doing this like as though it guarantees success when it really seems to guarantee the opposite.

They could have still kept young and kept him in the same continuity by doing the death in the family / red hood plot line which they eluded to in BvS.

And follow that up with the court of owls or something.

And now their is a rumor that Wonder woman is doing badly in test screening . Which if true is what I suspected will happened as they attempted to emulate marvel.

All the movies require a good story to adapt fro.with out that I just cant give it my full confidence.

Like Rian Johnson's Star Wars trilogy that was announced a month before TLJ came out. :monkey3

Well, when they do TWO-FACE the Movie about an ambulance-chasing lawyer who finally gets his chance on a seemingly legit case only to be used and betrayed... starring Shia LaBoeuf... then Matthew McConaughey will quit.
