I think I like the 89 Batsuit the best. I definitely like his 'world' best.

As far as believability, none of the suits have looked 'real world' to me... but if I had to pick, I think TDK probably is closest to making sense.

All the Batman costumes look goofy depending on the photo or scene.

I don't know.... Doesn't the fact that the 1989-1990s Batman costumes didn't let their wearers turn their heads automatically make them goofy? So goofy in fact that whenever I get a stiff neck, my wife calls me Batman.

The fact that he can kick butt and not turn his head makes him impressive.

As far as real world practicality in a batsuit goes I‘d rank them:

1) TDK/TDKR
2) JL Tactical Suit
3) JL Standard Suit

As far as a “Dang, that’s an awesome looking Batman” suit:

1) 89 Batman
2) BvS
3) 92 Batman

Who knows, maybe The Batman's final suit will be the most practical yet.

I like the '89 suit best, but prefer the '92 film and figure. Plus we get the Cat in '92. Agreed on the 'world' -- Burton's magical realism fits a guy in a cape just like a Bat-glove.

Nolan's suits have that 'grounded' look but the capes somehow look even more unwieldy than some of the more fantastical suits.

The Batfleck...now that one looks great to me sometimes, at others it seems wrong for stealth and agility (metal caps on the boots, plus Batfleck is HUGE) ... and the details somehow get muddy depending on how the suit is lit. I think I wanted something just a touch cleaner or more contrast-y, can't put my finger on it. I really don't like the other iterations after BVS/SS.

89 and returns suit look amazing to this day. Love the yellow emblem and bat ears. Very nostalgic for me
