Joe chill was a rioter after all who was for the joker so Bruce would be hunting down joker and his thugs. In this movie he seems like he?s still piecing together what happened to him. Idk

He's one of those actors who pops up in so many things.

He played evil so well - Tombstone, Sin City, Deadwood, etc.. He was also the World Security Council member that pushed for the nuke strike on Manhattan in The Avengers. I'm guessing that character was the same one as his Hydra one in AoS, but I honestly don't recall if that was ever confirmed.

Yes it does. I didn't realize those seams were as prominent as they look there. I think they help the cowl fit with his overall DIY aesthetic.
