I think Dano's performance will make or break this Riddler. If he's really good, then maybe the costume will automatically get a boost in coolness.

What I'm saying is, I don't think the costume by itself is great, but if his acting is good and they use the Riddler well, then those two things can elevate an average costume because the character is cool.

Had Leto been awesome and SS a great film, I don't think we would have a problem with the costume or even the tattoos...well, maybe. That forehead tattoo was awful.

There's nothing awful about this Riddler costume tho. It's ok on its own, but the film and performance might make it great.

Batman (Wayne's supposed cutting-edge tech) being the last to soup-up a vintage muscle car in 2021, is not new, it's not original, it's not unique or cutting-edge, it's creatively bankrupt, derivative fanwank level embarrassing.

After the Schumacher cars and that ridiculous Nolan-monstrosity, I think I'm OK with the plagiarized muscle-mobile.

I do wish they would use a more stylized car of course -- Burton's is still the best albeit impractical -- or get inspiration from a mix of West's car, Burton's and the Animated series. Something stylish with fins/wings.

I love fins and wings on a vehicle. I like old Cadillacs. Ecto 1 still my favorite all time movie car. Second place goes to 89 Batmobile and 3rd to BTTF Delorean. Notice how all three have fins or some kind of spiky backside.
