Hopefully we'll see new footage of the Batmobile.......:pray::pray::pray:
Here you go, exclusive footage... The new Origin of the Batmo'bile

Instead of Lucius Fox and Wayne Enterprises, this time Emo Batman went to Cooter's garage.

The ultimate Batman and Robin movie! They have to escape Flass and the Penguin in the boonies!

meh..

give me Keaton Batman already
More Batman the better.

Can't believe people actually LIKE that car. I don't get it. Nothing about it screams Batmobile. It's just a muscle car painted black.

I feel bad for the team that had to make it. Watching footage of people building the Burton and Schumacher and Nolan and even the Snyder cars....and they got to make....that.

I'm not sold on all the choices they've made, but I'm honestly here for 90s/00s BatEmo if that's the route they're really going with.

I always liked the Gothic parts of Batman moreso than the Cape & Gangster/Detective elements, so I'm into it.

Gothic noir, Pulp Detective is Batman from the getgo.
Frikin Emo he is not!
Batman is very emo . Sulks in a cave about his dead parents and dressed in all black while having a sullen attitude. Doesn’t get more emo then that. The only think he’s missing is a nu metal playlist

Battinson is going to make all the retroactive gothots wet and there's nothing you can do!

Kidding aside, I'm digging it, but I can see why some wouldn't. It's more "pretty boy" Gothic than "hardcore" Gothic, but it's not like that's not part of the genre. Go read Dracula and tell me how much of the book is devoted to a bunch of guys simping for Lucy. All that sappy romanticism that's now become synonymous with emo cringe and anime was there from the very beginning. But I get it, Gothic's become a broad genre. People say Devil May Cry is Gothic for example and the first game has a great atmosphere, but I was never able to get into the franchise because of the silliness and Japanese humor (sometimes it works, more often than not it doesn't). I liked Vergil's look, I was even going to buy the new figure, then I realised I was going to spend ~400€ on a figure of a character with a cardboard cutout personality from a game series I've never actually played and... yeah.

Anyway, more fanart:

In an ideal universe Denzel would play Blue Marvel and his son would play Blue Marvel's rogue mad scientist son. He's a bit of a manlet, but I liked him in TENET, even if he was as emotional as a brick (which was the point to be fair). Anyway, this style reminds me of Otto Schmidt. He did a Rule63 Bat-Fam a while back:

Honestly, I really like Pattinson and his look here. I'd absolutely buy a solo Bruce Wayne figure. He's more twinkish than Affleck, yes, but I'm up for a more Ninja-like Batman. I'm curious to see where the franchise goes and what figures we end up getting.

You just know Batman has mixtapes and compilations of Wagner and 00s Numetal remixes that he listens to while beating people to a pulp.

Here's your The Batman Soundtrack bro!

Wasn't Bale's Wayne emo when he came back from college and Alred had to talk him into shape? Plus he would've killed Joe Chill if it wasn't for Falcone. Bale gets a big pass on that one.

Battinson is Year Two and very noir, devoid of color so far. I like it and Batman should be thin and violent in his early days. The eye makeup is clearly as realistic as possible cause that's how the costume is put together.

This does remind me of the little trail that Joker was leading him on to discovering Richard Dent and Harvey something. Finding the bullet and leading him to the apartment overlooking the funeral for Loeb.

SO, when will it be announced that this version of Bats is bisexual? :monkey3

Maybe Robin won't be his ward this time round...
They'll bring in Dafoe as Joker and we'll get Lighthouse Pt. II: BDSM Edition.

Yeah, I don't get the complaints about the makeup and the such either. Batman's a pretty emo character. At least the "recent" incarnation. I like some O'Neil globe trotting adventuring, but Batman without the Goth isn't Batman as he's come to be. I don't care for the '66 show, or the early issues where he rode rockets to go back in Ancient Rome. I'm fully on the Goth & Dark camp. And of course in his 20s he'd be leaning more towards the Emo side than the badass Goth one. I like my Arkham Batman, but I don't mind Twinkish Batman either. As long as you get the dark atmosphere right, I'm game.

I'm in the minority on this board for this opinion, but I'll say it again, emo is not the same as gothic
Thank you. I was a part of the Goth scene when I was much younger and 'emo' didn't even exist back then. The music is wildly different, and while style trends changed and maybe blur together eventually, the only superficial similarities with the original Goth scene and emo were the colour black, a little make-up, and maybe a few accessories.

There were aspects to the old scene that would make emo kids pee their poorly fitting pants.
