I've got reboot fatigue, plus I loved Battfleck and wanted it to be him.

And yes I hope to be pleasantly surprised.

With NWH we had 25 minutes just of trailers before the movie so I hear you when you add 30 minutes of trailers and other commercials then a 3 hour movie on top of that it can get irritating.

Yep. Bond was like that. We had 10 trailers it seemed, then a 2:45 movie. Just too much.

I suppose if the movie was great all the way through -- like IW -- I don't mind but that rarely happens.

Isn't this true: the longer the running time, the worse the Star Wars movie? Aren't ANH and ESB the shortest?

If you remove the Alfred speeches, the Catwoman romance, and the Wayne murder flashbacks, dreams, or discussions, the film would be 2 hours and 15 minutes.

It might be because I'm getting older however I think with any film over 150 minutes, plus an additional 20 minutes for adverts/trailers - there should be an interval half way through. Works for theaters although I understand cinemas want to fit in as many shows as possible.
