With that old world(euro), spire filled Gotham skyline , looks very Gothic (for those that conflate the two - that's Gothic not emo). Invokes almost victorian-gaslight pulps to swashbucklers...
And with it, I like he's also brought the old throwing grapnel-line back. All he's missing there is a sword and daggers (re-imagined as batarangs)
