It should be a time period show, like Boardwalk Empire with lots of violence, sex, and crime. The show would focus as much on the villains as it would on Dick Tracy. In the first season, Dick would be a badass cop trying to do his job working his way up to Detective. The villains would own several territories and battle each other. Flattop would be an underboss who becomes the big boss when he takes out Big Boy.

Considering Leto had about 2 minutes of screen time in that movie seeing “damaged” on his forehead was the least of my concerns.

“Every Batman sprayed there eyes?” Lmfao. That’s sounds so funny when you put it that way. That should be the films motto from now on. Forget the whole unmask the truth BS. From now on It’s “Every Batman sprayed their eyes.” The Batman. Only in theaters.

I don’t care if he had 2 hrs . It’s stupid and cringe and much worse than paint around his eyes . It’s not like that’s all he had either he had a whole grill with chains and stupid bat stockings but the eye make up is the thing that sets you off . Hilarious. The 1990 Dick Tracy holds up beautifully.

I hated it when it came out, cause they marketed it as the next Batman, and it's about as different from Burton's Batman as you can get.

But over time, I came to appreciate it for what it was. It's so damn colorful. It's like Sin City in color.

(For that same reason, I also enjoyed the Wachowski's Speed Racer. I know I'm the only one on the planet that liked it, but my god, the colors!! I wanna get whacked out on legal weed and watch it again late some night. Not here though. Weed will remain illegal in Japan for the duration of my lifetime.....)

I like the world, the costumes, the makeup, the production design, the music....everything, except that the film is somehow really boring. Not a lot of action either.
